G|M Business Interiors partnered with Holt Architects to help furnish and support the development of a contemporary 44,000-square-foot workplace designed to promote collaboration, functionality, and employee well-being. The project included 33 private offices, 45 workstations, 8 conference rooms, 2 breakrooms, 2 wellness rooms, 1 public council room, 4 lobby seating areas, and 7 storage rooms. To support the diverse needs of the space, G|M incorporated a blend of thoughtfully selected solutions including Herman Miller Canvas Office Landscape workstations, HMI storage and seating, and HON private office furnishings.

The client envisioned bright, open environments with contemporary design influences that would support both focused work and collaboration. Throughout the design process, the project team helped guide the client through evolving design preferences and multiple rounds of refinement to maintain a cohesive workplace vision. By balancing aesthetics, functionality, and long-term flexibility, G|M delivered a polished and highly functional workplace that supports daily operations while creating a welcoming environment for employees and visitors alike.
