Tables for Tots
The incredible partnership between G|M Business Interiors and the San Diego Ronald McDonald House began in 2009. G|M and vendor partner OFS, began brainstorming ways to help this organization, who unknown to many, are responsible for raising the majority of their own operating expenses! The idea to bring together the incredible talent of the Architectural and design community, the generosity of local businesses, and individuals of SanDiego lead the team to pitch an innovative fundraiser - “Tables for Tots." Architectural and Design firms were provided an unfinished child’s table and two chairs to design an “adventure” for children. Each unique creation was then sold to raise funds to help critically ill or injured children and their families in need of support during treatment in area hospitals. Festival of Trees
For more than 30 years, Riverside University Healthcare System has hosted the Festival of Trees, one of their largest annual fundraisers, taking place during the holidays. This celebration includes wonderful entertainment, amazing trees, and holiday decor. The Mission of RUHS is to improve the health and well-being of its patients and communities through our dedication to exceptional and compassionate care, education, and research. We Care
In partnership with the local Boys & Girls Club of San Diego, Herman Miller created the annual "We Care" event 20 years ago to bring holiday cheer to local children. Ever December, We Care enables children to let their creativity shine by making holiday gifts for family, teachers, and friends at a variety of craft stations. For many of the children, making these crafts at We Care is the only way that can give presents to their loved ones. The children also enjoy an abundance of holiday treats, games, and special festivities through the event. G|M is a proud partner in this event every year!
