Lauri Easley

Lauri is proudly of Filipino descent and was raised in Hawaii. A graduate of the University of Hawaii with a degree in Travel Industry Management, she has been part of G|M since 1989, beginning in purchasing and order entry. As CEO, Lauri leads with a focus on growth, fiscal responsibility, and empowering G|M team members. Her interests include philanthropy, reading, art, music, and travel.

Stephen L Easley

Steve, a UC Riverside business graduate, was a restaurateur from 1979–1989 with Bobby McGee’s USA, overseeing five locations and 500 team members. In 1989, he founded G|M, becoming the Inland Empire’s Herman Miller dealer. Blending hospitality, technology, and design, Steve built a vertically integrated, client-first enterprise. He provides vision, resources, and training to support G|M’s 275+ team members.

Jason Stierl

Born in Tacoma, WA to an Air Force family, Jason grew up around the world before settling in Southern California. He joined G|M in 2007 as a Project Application Specialist, advancing through design and account executive roles and becoming a top performer. In 2018, Jason became Vice President of Workplace Success, leading sales activity and team growth in San Diego. He values mentoring team members and helping them succeed.

Josie Donley

Josie earned her B.S. in Accounting in 1983 and her CPA license in 2003. She began her career at a local CPA firm, later joining The Press-Enterprise as an accountant/auditor and advancing to Director of Financial Planning and Revenue Accounting. She joined G|M in 2013, became CFO/VP of Accounting in 2015, and now leads financial strategy, cash flow, reporting, controls, billing accuracy, inventory management, and profitability initiatives. She is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, and English.

Danette Ferretti

Danette, a Denver native, earned her B.S. in Interior Design from Colorado State University in 1987. She began with the National Park Service on the Boott Cotton Mills project, then designed healthcare, education, and corporate interiors at Davis Partnership. After moving to California in 1998, she helped launch HOK’s Irvine office and spent 19 years at Carrier Johnson in senior leadership. She joined GMBI in 2018 as VP of Interior Construction, leading DIV13.

Frank Bucher

Frank, born in Lancaster, PA, grew up in Dayton, OH, and earned a communications degree from Bowling Green State University in 1993. He began in furniture in Atlanta, then held roles at Teknion, Allsteel, and HNI, including VP of Sales at Paoli. Most recently, he was CEO of Formaspace (2022–2024). With 29+ years in the industry, Frank is G|M’s Chief Revenue Officer, overseeing sales, marketing, and DIV13. He and his wife Vanessa have 25 years of marriage and a dog, Bentley.

Candice Young

Candice, born in Grand Rapids, MI, moved to Fresno, CA, and earned a B.S. in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno. She started at her father’s Steelcase dealership, then joined Herman Miller, leading San Diego and Inland Empire business. In 2022, she joined G|M as Director of Workplace Success, overseeing the Account Executive team. Candice and her husband Brandon have two daughters and enjoy reading, crafting, and traveling.

Michaela Stein

Michaela Stein has 15+ years in musical theatre, opera, and workplace design. She holds a BFA in Theatrical Design and an MFA in Stage Design from the University of Nebraska Lincoln. Her career spans Scenic and Costume Design, Scenic Art, Workplace Design, and Account Executive roles. As G|M Market Director for six years, she blends function and beauty to create immersive spaces. Michaela shares life with her husband, enjoying a home filled with music and creativity.

Jesse Medina

Jesse Medina joins G|M Business Interiors as Market Director for Riverside, bringing 20+ years in commercial furniture. Previously at MillerKnoll as Market Development Executive, he specializes in sales strategy, client relations, and market growth across Southern California. A Los Angeles native, Jesse is married with two daughters and two grandchildren. He enjoys overlanding, restoring vintage motorcycles, traveling, and family time.

Josh Nordgren

Josh grew up in Orange County, CA, enjoying surfing, camping, and skiing. His love for design began restoring a 1953 Studebaker with his father, inspired by Raymond Loewy. He studied Industrial Design at CSU Long Beach and spent 18 years in commercial furniture, leading design for 8 years before joining G|M as Director of Workplace Success. Josh now shares his passion for design and the outdoors with his wife Keiko and three children.

Tammy Acosta

Tammy, born and raised in Southern California, began her career with Riverside County’s Dept. of Social Services before joining G|M in 1999 as a Purchasing Assistant. She advanced to Purchasing Manager and became Director of Administrative Operations & Purchasing in 2016. Tammy’s deep knowledge of G|M processes helps teams achieve workplace goals. She enjoys animals, reading, sewing, sign language, and spending time with her husband Alex and daughter.

Shellie Bollenbach

Shellie, born in San Bernardino and raised in Riverside, CA, earned a B.A. in Psychology from UC Riverside and a B.S. in Interior Design from The Art Institute of California, Orange County. She spent 12 years at Nordstrom learning the value of customer service before joining G|M in 2014. Rising from Account Manager Administrator to Director of Client First Sales Operations, she now leads with her passion for client care. Shellie has two children and treasures family time.

Louana D'Cunha, SPHR

Louana earned a B.S. in Business Administration with an HR focus from UC Riverside and completed an HR Management program at UC Irvine. She received her SPHR certification in 2024. Joining G|M in 2020, Louana leads all HR functions, including compliance, employee relations, talent acquisition, training, compensation, and wellness. She brings 20+ years of experience supporting mid-size manufacturing and construction companies with strategic HR initiatives.
