In 2019, our downtown San Diego MillerKnoll Certified Dealer showroom underwent a major renovation to refresh the space and better support the needs of our expanding and evolving workforce. Our team was quickly outgrowing our old space and with the addition of a new G|M family member, DIV13, it was a good time to reflect on how our workplace could better serve the needs of our employees and customers. This location functions as a “working showroom” which means that visitors get a unique opportunity to see the products we offer live in action.

From individual to group activities, each area in our space has been thoughtfully and purposefully designed to meet the various modes of work our teams need on a daily basis. Ask one of our team members to show you proper seating ergonomics in Chair Heaven, have a jam session in our Rock ‘n’ Roll Lounge, get crafty in our interactive Makers Space, or step inside Herman Miller Overlay for a pop-up conference room experience—its something you have to experience in person.

Last year, we also added a new member to our G|M family, DIV13, a DIRTT partner. DIV13’s mission to create prefabricated custom interior spaces is harmonious with our mission to create exciting workspaces that promote happiness, health, and higher performance, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have them on our team. As a part of our renovations, DIV13 created and built a custom state-of-the-art DIRTT Experience Center—its something you truly have to experience in person. But, don’t take our word for it…come see it for yourself!

On Wednesday, December 4, 2019, we celebrated the Grand Re-Opening of our showroom with nearly 200 of our most valued customers and business partners.
