Vuori Headquarters
G|M Business Interiors partnered with Vuori to deliver a dynamic headquarters campus designed to unite teams, support rapid growth, and bring the brand’s retail-inspired energy into the workplace.
When premium performance apparel brand Vuori set out to create a new headquarters, the goal was clear: bring teams together, support rapid growth, and build a workplace that reflected the energy and identity of the brand. Partnering with G|M Business Interiors, alongside design partner Ware Malcomb and project partner Bandak Project Management, the result was a dynamic campus-style environment designed to grow with the company.
The new headquarters spans approximately 140,000 square feet and was planned to function as a unified campus capable of bringing all departments under one roof while allowing room for continued expansion. The workplace includes 516 workstations, 44 private offices, 49 conference rooms, and 37 collaboration areas, creating a balanced environment that supports both focused work and team interaction.
At the time of the project, Vuori was expanding quickly while operating from two smaller locations, with many employees working remotely. The company needed a significantly larger space that could accommodate its growing workforce and encourage stronger connection between teams. Beyond simply increasing capacity, the vision was to create a workplace that promoted collaboration, offered a variety of meeting environments, reflected the brand’s retail identity, and remained flexible for long-term growth.
The design strategy centered on openness and adaptability. Workstations were intentionally arranged to foster collaboration while still providing easy access to a range of meeting spaces throughout the office. Furniture solutions helped reinforce this balance of performance and aesthetics, with products including Canvas Vista, Motia, Headway, Mirra 2, SETU, HAY, and Renew Link integrated throughout the space to support ergonomic comfort and flexible workstyles.
A key inspiration for the project came from Vuori’s retail experience. The final environment carries a similar look and feel to the company’s stores, allowing the brand identity to extend naturally into the workplace. This connection between brand, culture, and environment helps create a space that feels authentic to the company while supporting the way teams work each day.
Today, the completed campus brings Vuori’s employees together in a single, thoughtfully designed headquarters that supports collaboration, innovation, and continued growth.
G|M’s Senior Account Manager, Darrin Heying, shared this sentiment:
“In my long career, this was my first experience working with a premium performance apparel company. It was a great opportunity to immerse myself in their process and understand how their products move from initial vision all the way to their stores. I also had the chance to experience Vuori’s company culture firsthand, which made it clear why they are such a fast-growing and successful brand.”
