Novasyte relocated to a new larger space so they could support their growth.
Novasyte is a fast growing company that provides quick to market sales, clinical, field service, and field corrective teams for the healthcare industry. They had outgrown their existing space so they needed to expand and update how they worked. Tim and Joe had a vision of an open collaborative space that was focused on ergonomics.
From the beginning, we knew that ergonomics was key so we started with sit/stand desks for all workstations and private offices then planned the design around them. Novasyte works in the healthcare industry and the wellness of their employees was put at the top of the list for requirements. We designed the space to allow for growth and we are already working on adding additional workstations.
